Hi. Is any way to make this: if guest send a ticket with a attachment , he should wait after attachment will 100% load? Why form let to send tickect before attachement make it finish ? User must wait but guest not? Thanks for help.

There is no built-in way to do that at the moment.

But I do like the idea and think it would be wise to implement it. We will add it to a future update.

I have the same problem. Attachments don’t arrive if the guest doesn’t wait a moment after the green bar loads or clicks "send" before the bar loads. Can you tell me when (approximately) you plan to release this update?

This is usually the case when server-side virus scanners scan the files before they are "released". This can take several seconds to complete with large files.

We don't have a solution for this situation yet and I don't know when it will be solved.

Thank you for your answer, I understand that. And at least it wouldn't be possible to send a ticket until the attachment was fully loaded?
It's about when (approximately) you plan to implement this fix.

The problem is Hesk doesn't "know" that the virus scanner is working in the background. We will need to find a solution that will check that the file is accessible in the background.

I don't know when this will happen, so I cannot give you any dates.

But I'm asking about solving the report from user "marcopolo". That the "send" button is active before the green bar reaches the end. You wrote that you will add it to a future update, and for me it's important how far in the future it can happen.

Hi, I'll refresh the topic a bit.
Do you plan to make a fix so that a guest cannot send a ticket before the attachment has loaded?
That's how it works for the user, the "send" button is only active after the attachment is loaded.

It is planned, yes. Not sure it will be included in 3.6.0 already, but soon thereafter.
