Unable to enable the anti-spam question

Hello.

It appears that I'm unable to enable the anti-spam question on my brand new copy of hesk. I really like the software, but really want the spam prevention thing to work. Googling on this doesn't bring up any problems with it, so I'm lost. Is anyone able to help me?

Hello. It appears that, because I am a screenreader user, the option to select the anti-spam question is available and working fine, however they are images that I wasn't able to access on my laptop with NVDA, Non visual desktop access. Instead, I had to log in with my phone using VoiceOver to enable the option. After that, I was able to do things just fine. Could it be set to a combo box or a set of radio buttons, which would be easier, much like the visual image thing?

I presume you had problems with your initial login (with the anti-spam image enabled by default)?

What exact change would make it easier for you to log in and change the setting?
