What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: view attachments not download knowledgebase
I basically beat Google to death trying to find an answer before registering on the forum and searching here.

Really new to Hesk. So I apologize, in advance, if I may not phrase my question correctly or maybe not have the technical vernacular exactly correct.

I *thought* I had found the article I was looking for but my inexperience was why I couldn't get it to work. I was wrong. I did have it working. Just not where I thought I was going to work.

The instructions "HOW TO VIEW ATTACHMENTS, NOT DOWNLOAD" by srumberg in response to viewtopic.php?t=6932 were GREAT! And it DID work. Found that out after I requested some assistance on it in the forum.

But it works for TICKETS. Not Knowledgebase articles. Which is really what I'm looking for.

For every article with an attachment, and I've added hundreds since I got Hesk working about two weeks ago, it wants to download, not open, the attachment.
Are there any instructions for accomplishing this, like it was done for tickets?

It would be awesome if I could just drag and drop, or embed an image in an article without having to set up an additional share (with it's own set of permission woes, etc), and just have everything self contained within the Hesk server/environment. That doesn't appear to be an option so I had to add attachments. Also, opening an article, and not downloading, is more secure..... if you think about it. It keeps the attachment off of the end user computer.

One more thing to note. This is only used in-house by about 70 - 100 end users max and a whopping two IT personnel. No external/internet access.

Please advise. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
