After updating the program to version 3.6.3, the WYSIWYG Editor stopped working in the knowledge base, even though it is enabled in the settings. Where could be the cause?

Hard to say exactly, probably some files were not uploaded (or not uploaded to the correct folder)?
Make sure you have all the files and folders in your Hesk's \inc\tiny_mce\7.9.1 folder (compare to the original, upload again).
If you made a custom theme for your Hesk, make sure it is compatible with 3.6.3
If you can't figure it out, I can have a look but would need access to your help desk.

Thank you for the tip! The folder permissions were incorrect at 7.9.1, I fixed them and everything works now. Once again, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
