Add date in updated shown on the ticket

On hesk ticket its showing as just 12:41 I need it to show the date as well i.e. 23/jun/2025 12:41
Does anyone know how this can be done.

Not sure what you are referring to? Can you be more specific, please?

When you look at the ticket in the column "updated" it shows as 5 sept 25 I need it to show the time it was updated as well like 14:23 next to the date

You can set this in Admin panel > Settings > Ticket list > Updated date format
