hi guys,

I think that the hesk may need some important function

if some user submitted a new ticket and he specfiy

the catogary for example hardware

and the ticket isnt for hardware its for network

I think that the admin must have function to change the ticket from catogary to another one ....

if u have the answer for this problem ...

Yes, that feature is actually already included in the next version (that feature is already coded and working) which IS about 80% complete, but not sure when I will be able to complete the other 20%
