entries.txt doesnt load

Hi there, i just downloaded the latest version of gbook and put it in my directory, using the olkd entries.txt file.
When i loead the guestbook now i only see the latest post and it's made private, all previous entries don't show.
Any idea's ?

What version did you update from? Did you follow instructions in the readme.htm?

i went from version 1.33 to 1.43
i've read the readme but no luck :/
