Brand new Hesk installation.... installed today!
Everything working just fine so far... nice job.
One quick question... if I want to make changes to the 'site_title', do I just make the change in the hesk_settings.inc.php and run install.php?

Hi,
Just change inside hesk_settings.inc.php, close all browser windows and that's it. The install.php needs to be run only the very first time you install Hesk as that file installs the databases.
YOU SHOULD DELETE INSTALL.PHP FROM THE SERVER ONCE THE DATABASE TABLES ARE INSTALLED
