Hello,

I found hesk via google, but I have one question.

My customers are English and German, so I would like to install an English and a German version. I saw that there is already a German Hesk version. But I'm not sure if it is possible to install a single instance of Hesk where customers easily can switch the language using a drop down box for example. Or do I have to install two instances of Hesk? One for German and one for English language?

Can you help?

Thank you

Regards

Hi,

No, Hesk doesn't support that at the moment, but I do have plans to add it in the future.

Not at the moment, Hesk only support one language to be installed and doesn't have the option to switch between them in any other way than changing the setting in the settings file.
