can you put a trouble ticket no. after it submiting a ticket in the page coz if for example a customer will follow-up it have no idea of the ticket no. because it does'nt show it when you submit one. I tried it in your test page.

for example, when I submit a ticket in the web page and completed the information needed and click submit ticket... the web page should show something like this..

Ticket submitted
Your ticket has been successfully submitted!
Your ticket number is 123456 <------ this is what I meant
View your ticket

I this way I can know the ticket number w/o using the admin panel. I hope I made my self clear to you

You need to be a registered member and logged in to edit messages
I see now what you mean. The ticket ID is E-MAILED to you (customer, person who submits ticket), but a good point anyway, will add that probably over this weekend.
