Installation hell

I am installing the script on one of our internal servers for use in the office to keep track of support calls. When I try and run the installation all is fine and everything is passed. I enter the correct dB info and click next and then...NOTHING. I get a white screen and that's it? Sorry it's vague but that's where i'm at - any ideas?

Don't worry - resolved it myself. Forgot to enable MySQL in PHP - d'oh!

Yes, in PHP 5 MySQL isn't enabled by default. If anyone else has this problem see PHP manual under Windows, PHP 5+ for instructions on how to enable MySQL:
