good script but hows user can look his old tickets which he post from same email address .

like view old ticket
or
close tickets
etc..

Hi,

Then only way he/she can do that at the moment is to click the "Forgot tracking ID" link and he/she will receive a list of all tickets submitted with that e-mail.
