License fee and contact info?

I am looking to buy a license for hesk so I can remove the copyright statement. I am unable to find who I should contact and a price for the license. Can someone help me out here?

OK, now I have a license, how do I remove the license info from the bottom of the page? I can not re-install because I already have it all setup.

Hi,

Thanks for supporting my work by purchasing a license. You should receive further instructions to your e-mail address.

To install the license just upload your license file (the .php one from the Zip) to your Hesk folder. You have some instructions in the "README_LICENSE" file.
