I am not having ANY problems with your wonderful script.

A couple things I would like to see... this is from an end users prospective not and Admin prospective:

Have a login/password for users so not just anyone can add a ticket.

When the user logs in, have an area that they can view old posts/active posts... they may have the same problem several times and jut need a place to go to see what the reoslution was, so rather than opening a new ticket, they can simply log in and see what the resolution was last time! :)

Thanks for the suggestion. This has been requested before and will probably be added, not sure if already in the next version. I will also make sure that usernames can be set to required, optional or disabled for those who don't want them.
