Excellent program: Some Request for next version

I am not having ANY problems with your wonderful script.

A couple things I would like to see... this is from an end users prospective not and Admin prospective:

Have a login/password for users so not just anyone can add a ticket.

When the user logs in, have an area that they can view old posts/active posts... they may have the same problem several times and jut need a place to go to see what the reoslution was, so rather than opening a new ticket, they can simply log in and see what the resolution was last time!

Thanks for the suggestion. This has been requested before and will probably be added, not sure if already in the next version. I will also make sure that usernames can be set to required, optional or disabled for those who don't want them.
