Hello,

I have a problem when I do respond to the ticket.
Here is the mistake:

Impossible to execute SQL: INSERT INTO `hesk_replies` ( `replyto`, `name`, `message`, `dt`, `` attachments) VALUES ('1 ',' monsite.com ','0 .94.1.

Have you been editing any files? If not copy the exact error message you get, the one you pasted cannot be generated exactly like that.
