Hello everybody,

I've got a weird problem, I use HESK for my company but not everyone gets a mail. If I send it to my own email address there is no problem, if I send it to hotmail there's also no problem, but for example ...@wlsmedia.nl doesnt receive any mailupdate or ticketnumber.
Can you help me because some of my clients do not know when there is a update voor the ticket

PS: excuse me for my bad english :) I'm dutch hehe

Well since mail obviously works there are two possible problems:

1. wlsmedia.nl server is blocking mail from your server

- or -

2. wlsmedia.nl has e-mails in their spam/junk/bulk folder.

How are you forwarding?

Are you forwarding email through your control panel? Just wanting to make sure.

We know what the problem is but we dont have a solution.

The problem is that de domains localy configured are on the server but de mailserver external is.
So the mailserver thinks that he can drop the mail localy but it must send to a other MX record.

If someone have a solution i'm happy to hear!!

Hey guys,

I tested also with yahoo mail and I have the same problem.

The major problem using Yahoo mail is, most of the emails from the system will go to SPAM mail.

Sometimes, I never receive the ID notification or updates in my Yahoo Mail.

May I know how to solve this problem? or do you face the same problem?

You can try selecting "Not spam" for Hesk mails a few times and see if that helps. You can also add the e-mail address Hesk messages are sent from to your address book and Yahoo shouldn't filter them.
