Hesk in a iframe

I use hesk in a iframe on a local Joomla installation but when i click at the link at top it loads my Joomla homepage within the iframe. How can i go back to my homepage without loading it in the iframe?

You should post a link of your Hesk for us to have a look, but probably you need to change "Website URL" in the settings from your main website URL to the main frame URL (the page that usually opens in Hesk frame).

I know how to fix it.
In the Hesk admin where it asks for Website URL, enter the location where Hesk is located.

Example:
mydomain.com/helpdesk/

Not this:
mydomain.com/
