printer format version error.

Great new edition . Just installed .
However when I did a test and clicked on the printer friendly version I get an error.

Tracking ID not found

From the actual ticket page the ticket does not have a track id when you pass your mouse over it to see the actual link.
Any ideas ?

Hi,

Sorry, missed that. It was working ok in the admin panel so I didn't even test the customer panel side...

Download hesk again and just upload the new ticket.php file, should work then.
