Hi everyone. Just was wondering if any one knew how to customize the form for PHP. We used all userdefined columns.

We wanted to change the subject field to either a pulldown screen or change the description of "Subject:" to "Invoice Number: "

We also wanted to place a drop down box to specify the department being sent such as Technical Support, Customer Service, Shipping".

It seems that if we modify the subject field, everytime we submit a form it says we havent entered anything in for it.
