Having problem with my customers viewing tickets because its thinking we have the help desk software in the root of the website. We have our support software in a /support/ subdirectory. When customers click on the link its showing www.isoretailsupport.com/(ticket url) instead of http://www.isoretailsupport.com/support/(ticketurl).

Can anyone help us out. Thank you.

its suppost to read just http://www.isoretailsupport.com/support/(the ticket number url)

In the admin pannel settings, what's your setting for "Hesk URL:"? It should be exactly this:
http://www.isoretailsupport.com/support
(no trailing slash / )
