Installation of Hesk stops after Step 2, goes back to Step 1

Hi,
My installation of Hesk stops after Step 2 and cycles back to Step 1. I put 'yes' for the agreement and click on Continue. At Step 2, everything checks out. My MySQL database on Powweb is enabled. I've set the permissions where requested. I deleted everything, redownloaded the script files, reuploaded them to my server account. Twice. I've deleted the install folder for security purposes. Nothing I do seems to let the install go past Step 2. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Your PHP sessions aren't working, contact your host to check what's wrong.
