Star rating system in v.2

Hi,

In version 2, the 5 star rating feature seems to only have the option of helpful or not helpful.

Is there not a feature to award a certain number of stars instead of just 5 or 0?

No, Hesk uses only helpful/not helpful (KISS mentality), but if it's a popular demand I can see if I can change that for future versions.
