"to:" part of mail() function is left blank

Post by Threevolve »

Script URL: N/A: Intranet
Version of script: Latest 0.94
Hosting company: Local server
URL of phpinfo.php: Local server
URL of session_test.php: Local server
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: 'mail'

Write your message below:

Hesk won't send emails to users or admins for some reason. I checked the sendmail log, and it seems that it is not inserting the recipient's email address in the "to" field. It's left blank.

I've sifted through most of the php files in the hesk dir, and I can't find anything that would cause this. It still shows the user's email address when viewing the ticket, so it's definitely storing the address in the MySQL database.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dan

Hi,

It's hard to give any clues without having more info, phpinfo.php for start.

You can also upload this, submit a ticket and post the results here:
