i am using hesk for the first time ,the problem is that the installation dint cross step 3 .i use WAMP....

the Database settings i gave are

Database Host:localhost
Database Name:mydatabase
Database User (login):root
User Password:(nopassword)

after giving these values it returns a blank page at
http://localhost/hesk/install/install.php

please help

I don't recommend using "root" MySQL user without a password for security reasons. That said, you can see if this works for you:
