Problems with custom fields

I can enable custom fields, can set the field location but not edit the field name. 'Use this field' is checked but field name is still not editable. The 'Required field' is dimmed and can't be enabled at all. When I try to save without the field name edited I got Error message: Please enter name(s) for selected optional field(s).

What browser are you using?
Have you got Javascript disabled?
Do you have any Javascript in your header/footer files (it migth mess up the Hesk Javascript if it's not correct)?

I am working with Macs and tried it with Firefox and Safari. Since it was not working, I tried it in my VM with Vista and IE7, same result.

Javascript is enabled and there is no javascript in the header or footer of hesk.

If you can tell me the URL of your Hesk and admin password (send it to a private message don't post it publicly) I would be happy to have a look, hard to say anything otherwise.
