Custom fields - required fields not working

Custom fields - required fields not working

Hi,
I'm using hesk 2.6.5 and i added required fileds names "telefon" and when i added ticket this field is not required - hasn't "*".

Ok, but i see that field is not required when i submit a ticket as a customer too... so still doesn't work

What's your help desk URL?
