MfH 2019.1.0: how to use custom sections?

Hi all.
I saw that in the latest version of MfH, Mike provided his beutiful customization for Hesk helpdesk with a /custom and a /inc/custom directories.
Anyway I don't understand from the examples if I could put a logo of my department of the University on the header of the program or if they allow only to customize strings of text.

The custom/ folder and inc/custom/ folders are no longer used. Instead, use the "Custom Nav Elements" page, which replaces the custom files. There you can add custom elements for the homepage "blocks", customer-side navigation, and staff-side navigation
