Duplicate Entry or entry with the same field set.

It would be good option if system can check at the time of ticket creation whether the entry with same certain field is already entered?
E-g: I am recording clients cell phone numbers and i want my system to check (prompt me) that same phone number has already entered ticket which might be open or close any case but does not reject my ticket creation process.

Also it would be great to have same phone number wise report.

I'm afraid the only way to do that would be to customize Hesk code yourself (or hire a PHP developer).
