Server error when creating new ticket

Hi,

I'm getting a server error when creating a new ticket. This just started over the last few days. I did have Debug mode turned on (accidentally forgot to turn off) but is is off now with the same issue.

Error details from Cpanel. There are a number of them but all the same.

This does not happen when the ticket is created from the admin page

Mod Security (a software application firewall) blocks the requests on your server.

You will need to check with your hosting company why it is blocking the request and ask them to adjust or disable that Mod Security rule for your Hesk.
