Whitelist of emails

I have a website that is a helpdesk for my work and my director asked if may restrain to receive support tickets only from our email domain

So i've been trying to find a way to whitelist a certain domain, is there a option to filter or make exclusive domains?

There is currently no "whitelist" feature available.

We're working on implementing customer accounts to make this possible in the future (don't ask when, I don't know exactly).

Currently, the only way to fully achieve what you are looking for is to modify the Hesk code/logic to only allow your email addresses. It shouldn't be hard for a PHP developer to add that for you.

A not-so-perfect solution might be to go to Admin > Tools > Ban emails and ban all the common public email providers, such as
@gmail.com
@yahoo.com
@outlook.com
etc...
