Hey, This isnt really a support question but it still is to do with hesk.

I got a form on my site that uses can fill in and it emails me the information, there are feilds like Username, Email and gaming info.

Id like it so when they click submit it will fill in the info to hesk and start a support ticket.

So the Username feild will enter into the 'Name' feild, Email to Email, It auto sets the catergory to what i choose, the priorty is also set to what i choose by auto and then the Subject will be auto set to like 'enlistment' or something.

And then the rest of the feilds all go into the message part in order

Is that Possible?
