upgrade from hesk 3.1.2 to 3.2.2

When trying to run the upgrade from hesk 3.1.2 to 3.2.2 the install will not run at all. Downloaded the files direct from hesk.com unzip files and paste them over my files. When trying to go to helpdesk.mydomain.com/install I get a "this page cannot be displayed. I have tried to run the install from localhost and still unable to run the install. I have been able to upgrade hesk twice with no issues this is the first time I have had this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Hard to say, check your Wamp PHP error log and Apache error log for clues (click on the Wamp icon, go to PHP or Apache and see the error log).

You may want to delete (empty) the error log and try again to see what exact error gets triggered.

Any particular reason why you are trying to upgrade to 3.2.2 and not 3.4.3?
