I can add attachments from the admin help desk/ticket interface, but it seems that it does not work from the client interface. I noticed that the admin side uses the "drag and drop" box, but the client side does not.
Through the client interface, it has a "browse" button, but that's all. I can select an attachment via the browse button, but when I submit, the ticket is submitted without the attachment. There are no files uploaded to the attachments folder. The attachments folder has the 777 permissions. I can't seem to find any error messages.
Please advise.

Re: Attachments not working from client side
The problem is you are using a custom theme (/theme/elkor in your Hesk folder) that is not compatible with Hesk 3.4.x
You should either turn on the default Hesk theme or modify your theme to include changes introduced in Hesk 3.4.x

Re: Attachments not working from client side
Thank you! I completely forgot that I changed themes a long time ago in an effort to make a previous version of Hesk more responsive. It appears this is no longer necessary, so I have reverted to the default theme! Thanks for catching this, I would have gone in circles!
