Do not open attachments

When I download these files from the HESK URL, they are saved on my PC, but when I attempt to open them, I receive an error indicating that the format is incompatible or that the file is damaged. However, if I access the server folder located at C:\xampp\htdocs\hesk\attachments, the files open correctly. The file extensions appear to be in order: . gif, .jpg, .png, .tga, .zip, .rar, .tar, .gz, .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf."
