Hi, any way to let us know when the next anticipated release is coming and which feature requests are going to be included?

I won't give any news because everytime I give a date we run into problems that postpones release for months

When an update is ready, it will be posted on the forum and on Twitter.

Klemen. We are also very sad that the Hesk update is being postponed, but judging by how long it has been, we understand that this will be a truly global update.
Therefore, I ask you to report at least some of the new features that will be implemented in the new version of Hesk.
Why am I asking this? Perhaps many of us using your technical support system should have included the elements on our php server and sql server in advance, which are not used by default?

The largest change we are implementing is customer accounts. The end result is we have three options:
- no customer accounts (like now)
- customer accounts optional
- customer accounts required

Making all three work in all circumstances and edge cases is proving difficult, but we are making progress and the solution is near.
