How do we generate reports per agent?

How do we generate reports per agent? I am looking at way to generate reports per agent. Is there a way to do it in the free version.

In the free version, the easiest way to do that would be to export tickets, open the export in Excel and generate a report there.

In Hesk Cloud, per-agent reports are available in the Statistics module.
