Is there any way to customise the tracking/ticket ID?
If possible, I'd like to customise our ticket numbers to start with our company acronym (REST)

This was discussed a couple of times already on the forum, please try searching old posts.

Basically, there is no built-in way of doing it. You (a PHP developer) would need to customize the code that generates tracking IDs.
