Update from 3.4.6 to 3.5.1

Hello,

I searched for something similar, however, I did not find such an error.
When upgrading from HESK version 3.4.6 to 3.5.1, I get the following error during the 3rd step of the update:

Code: Select all

 SQL Error: unknown column 'u_email' in field list

Then, the script crashes on the number of clients to be migrated.
In addition, sometimes it succeeded and the update went through without errors - while, after logging in, I received a message:

Code: Select all

 SQL Error - Please contact adminisnistrator 

The ticket field is empty - there are no previous messages.

Could I ask for your help?

Server Configuration:
HESK: 3.4.6
PHP: 7.4.33
MySQL: 8.0.37

The only thing I can think of is that some server-side code caching is causing problems.

Contact your hosting company and ask them to disable any server-side caching for your help desk.

Then, restore the backup and try upgrading again.
