I updated Hesk to the latest version (3.52) and successfully set up OAuth. The setup was completed without issues, but emails are not creating tickets when sent.
I checked the hesk_imap.php file, and it appears to be working correctly. Could the issue be related to email fetching via the pipe method? Do I need to modify any settings for it? How can I resolve this?

Which guide did you follow for the email ticket set up?
What step do you get stuck at?
What error message do you get?

Re: Ticket no created by email
thank you for your reply
I follow this guide: https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=110
so when clicked on Hesk dashboard Imap Email test, i got a message successful as photo and get message: https://ibb.co/bMjftFkR
" You have many unread emails in your mailbox (118). Hesk will turn all these emails into tickets.
You may want to mark existing emails as read before enabling IMAP Fetching or use a new email account for Hesk. "
that mean everything ok as per guide but no any ticket was created when send email

Re: Ticket no created by email
You are probably missing steps 5-7 from this guide:
https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=91
P.s.: I do recommend that you mark your existing emails as read. Otherwise, Hesk will import 118+ messages into ticket on the first run.
