Greetings i need help in modifying Hesk Submit form i included a custom declaration field and i want it to appear after attachment and before spam and submit button any help would be appreciated.

There is no built-in way to do that in Hesk.

You will have to modify the HTML and logic inside file /theme/hesk3/customer/create-ticket/create-ticket.php
