REQ: custom service message for maintenance mode

Hey Klemen, I would like to be able to define a custom ‘Service Message’ for the maintenance mode. Ideally, when creating a service message, I could specify that it should be displayed on the ‘Maintenance mode’ page. Thank you very much! That's not optimal because during the maintenance mode, changes may also be made to the database.

Instead, I recommend that you change the maintenance message text using custom-text.php
