Error problem hesk 3.6.3

Hello,
I have a problem. I want to install a fresh version of Hesk 3.6.3 on a Strato web hosting platform. But when I go to the install directory, I get the error message: Error
Can't start a new session! Please notify the webmaster at support@example.com
WARNING
Debug mode is enabled. Make sure you disable debug mode in the settings once HESK is installed and working properly.
But now I can't even install it. And I have no idea how to get around this.

This means your web host has problems with PHP sessions (it's not a Hesk-specific problem).

You will need to contact your host to fix your PHP sessions.
