Hi. I currently use a different help desk solution but would like to switch to this one. One question... how does everyone deal with spam and the auto submitting bots? With my current help desk solution there is no safe guard against the spam and several spam tickets are being created daily. It would be nice if CAPTCHA or something else could be used.

Hi,

No one has yet reported any spam problems with Hesk, but I do plan to add a "security image" to submission forms in one of the next versions. Kind of like the one I have at

Just wanted to say that I'm looking forward to a captcha feature as well. My current helpdesk gets hit with bot spam every day

Yep, these are bots submitting all the forms on the web they can find with their junk information.

Sad to tell you that today I got for the first time since some years I use Hesk about 5 tickets submitted by some spambot... the text was random text with an URL
