Upgrading from HESK (2.8.4) to Mods For Hesk 2019.1.0

I was using newest HESK (2.8.4)(worked perfectly) when i found Mods For Hesk. I have tried to upgrade and then

And it never ends. What could possibly gone wrong?
database settings are correct. Checked twice.

I've tried reupload this file, and it is there, but error is still the same.

That's actually a really good point; I've heard others report that using a custom language pack was their issue, such as this user.

No, i'm using default english pack
