I have successfully upgraded to version 0.94, however I can't attach any file to my tickets. I have granted all permissions to all users in Windows Server using the Plesk control panel. However I always get the following error message:

In the admin settings page see if the sytem/root path is set to:
C:\Inetpub\vhosts\inspired.com.es\httpdocs\sat
If not change it and try again.[/code]
