- [CLOUD ONLY] Recurring tickets; automatically submit support tickets on a schedule
- multiple staff on a ticket; tickets can now have one owner and multiple collaborators
- linked tickets; you can link several tickets together to easier track tickets related to the same issue
- create custom ticket priorities, manage built-in priorities
- file attachments can be added directly to emails instead of linked to
- auto-install additional language packs if the server permissions allow it
- a lot of minor usability changes, bug fixes, and internal improvements (see full changelog at the bottom of this post)

- fix: missing include in public-side fatal error messages
- fix: spaces in custom drop-down values prevent correct value select
- fix: customer email address matching should be case-insensitive when piping
- fix: public KB articles and categories within a private parent category should be private
- fix: cached SQL queries could cause different results order between pages
- fix: u_name and u_email not cleared when anonymizing tickets
- fix: Javascript error when "Time worked" is disabled
- updated TinyMCE to 7.9.1
